Originally booked intallation of an electric oven. The day before the installer was due, the washing machine broke. I asked if both jobs could be done at the same time. He said yes. The following day he installed the oven and checked the washing machine. It was not repairable. I couldn’t afford a new one. He suggested a reconditioned washer. He had two in the shop and he would return at 3pm to install it if it is what I want. I agreed. He returned installed the washer and recycled the old oven, an old hob and the broken washer at no extra charge. The cost of intalling the oevn was very competitive, much more reasonable than the big stores and better than other local quotes. Obviously I bought the reconditioned washer. The next time I have problems with my appliances, Darwen Domestics is the first place I’ll call. Excellent service.
